Have your doctors ever mentioned Parkinsons? I have all of these same symptoms on the right side of my body. They have progressively been getting worse for about 4 years now. I also have body wide twitching.

Hello! I'm so relieved that I did the thing and just googled what's been bothering me forever, because now I know you all are out there and I'm not just losing it. I mean, on the one hand, I'm soooo sorry that you are going through this too, but we're not alone, so there's that at least, right? I'm a couple months shy of 50 and I've been noticing the stiffness on my right side getting worse and worse over the past year. I've always had an issue with slight scoliosis and one leg being slightly longer than the other because of it, but it hadn't been much of a problem for most of my life. I have migraines, but they're hereditary. I was in a car accident that gave me a lovely whiplash injury in my 20's that has lingered and does sometimes trigger the migraines and makes my neck and upper back crackle like rice crispies. I also take Topamax for my migraines which can cause some nerve tingling kind of stuff, so at first I thought it might be related to that, but I don't think so. This is so much worse than just feeling like my foot's asleep. I have cramps in my foot, my calf, my knee, my hip, jaw, upper and lower back, and entire arm, all the way down to my fingers on the right side of my body and I didn't pay attention to it until others pointed it out on this and the other forum, but even my sinus issues are worse on my right side. wtf! I'm wanting to try yoga, but I am not really comfortable doing exercises in front of people and I never have a moment alone around here, so I try to just keep stretching myself out as best I can. It does help.

I emplore you to please look up Neil Hallinan postural restoration on YouTube. He has a channel regarding thus. He explains the cause of this condition. We are stuck in a pattern. Drs know nothing about this. Its all muscular compensation. You will lose your mind looking for answers with drs. I was stuck this way for 10 years. Mine is left sided though. Postural restoration is the only thing that offered explanation and some relief. I am still dealing with the aftermath though since I destroyed my hip capsule ligaments since I was stuck this way so long. There still may be hope for you.

Thank you for making this forum. It's good to know that I am not making this up. I have had this as long as I can remember. When I was a gymnast I could never get my splits even training 5 days a week for 15 years, muscles were just always so tight. My coach always thought I was making up my back pain and wobbly knee. No one I feel really believes me. I had started investigating after my second pregnancy because it's so uncomfortable now. I found scoliosis and diastasis recti but I can't even get through the exercises for those without something going wrong like hitched shoulder, improper knee traction, sciatica, or numb spot in my back.
